Las Vegas Kosher Restaurant News: New Restaurant to Open and Old Restaurant to Move

Having written about the eight kosher restaurants that are open in Las Vegas, That list is now growing. Opening up in the next few days not far from Jerusalem Grill is Genesis Restaurant. Located at 4561 West Flamingo Road, Genesis Restaurant will be opening during Hanukah. One of the significant features of the restaurant will be that it will be open until 3am, making it available to serve customers until the late night. Under the kosher supervision of Chabad of Southern Nevada, Genesis Restaurant (also known as בראשית) plans to feature Israeli and Mediterranean food as well as Chinese food.

Also, Haifa Restaurant, which had been located at 855 East Twain Avenue, seems to be on the move. When we recently called them up to see about their hours, we received the following SMS message: “Haifa Restaurant is close for construction, new adress coming in January”. So, look for their new location next month.
